Hi, I’m Zabeth.
I am a well-established body therapist in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, distance healing, and Swedish massage. I provide a collaborative exploration to empower your inner wisdom and bring physical, emotional and spiritual health.
From South of France to California
I was born in North Africa and raised in the South of France, where I earned my Nursing Degree. I have worked in many capacities in different kinds of medical offices, including nursing and administration, and have maintained a private practice for many years.
My practice
My private practice began with a certificate in massage therapy in 1993 in California. While the foundations of my work are Cranio-Sacral and Somato-Emotional Release, other modalities that I incorporate include Visceral manipulation, Reiki, Energetics, Jin Chin Acutouch, and my own inner knowing of spiritual energy’s power to heal.
I am a long-time student of embodied Relational Gestalt, NVC, and I have had my own practice of yoga and meditation for over 40 years.
I believe in nurturing the relationship with the body in order to listen to its innate intelligence and truth. I approach each person as unique and hold a safe container for them while engaging curiously in exploration together. Through this, I also bear witness to my own healing experiences.

I now travel back and fourth between California and Provence, France, where I have my roots and keep expanding my knowledge.
I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, being in nature, gardening, cooking, kayaking, dancing, and art and culture of all kinds. I also find delight in just Being.
